[Archived] Can't run/install osu!

Problem Details:

Can't run or install osu!. Instantly crashes when trying to install with the new installer, and after using the old installer, can't run the game because of the same error.

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit

Please open the Event Viewer, search for the crash log under Windows Logs > Application, and copy paste it here.

Also, go to your osu! folder, search for the update.log file and copy paste its contents here as well.

I already deleted the whole osu! folder but it said something about a missing file, but I tried downloading it and putting it in the osu! folder but it didn't help.

Well at this point just redownload the game with the old installer and provide the logs when the crash occurs.

Nevermind I guess, gonna reinstall Windows anyways and that should help.
