[Archived] Turning off touch with wacom intuos?

I've done a lot of digging but can't find anything that has worked for me so far.
I use Windows 8 and hope that someone out there can help me out here.

Do you have Wacom Desktop Center? Should look like this:

I have an Intuos pro, so I'm not sure if you do or not.

If you don't, search wacom preferences and click touch settings:
