Hello I have a problem with my new monitor (smart tv 32 '' hd) I feel the cursor responds later than I should and generally feels weird.
PD : I not change my mouse or my keyboard.

PD: It only happens on osu!.

Make sure your frame limiter is set to unlimited (f7)
