It's been a month since I played osu! and I wanted to make a beatmap of my own because why not? It seemed a lot of fun to do and required lots of patience which I'm willing to do. I've started my first beatmap and I had some questions [only two haha] about creating a super good beatmap! 
1. Is it okay if I jump from syncing vocals to the beat?
2. How can I make interesting patterns?
