Problem Details:
This is the weirdest thing I've seen in this game so far. It's hard to explain with words so just watch the video.
Restarting the game does not fix the issue. Last time I checked the mania editor was like a week ago and everything was fine back then, I didn't change anything in my game over this time. I noticed the issue after I dragged an mp3 to the editor and timed it (in osu!standard mode) and then tried to change the mode to mania.
It happens with all mania maps (I tested 10~ different ones).
If I'm alt-tabbed from the window and something else is focused, the blinking stops.
If I try to rectangle-select notes I get the standard error:
Everything else on my PC works fine. Videos run fine. Other games/graphic-accelerated apps run fine (tried various random games on steam).
