Yesterday and today my aim has just been awful. I am missing the starts of sliders and just random notes, they don't even have to be in huge jumps. I have no idea what happened but I can't get above a 100 combo on any song really, not even songs well below my skill level that I have FCed before.

same dude.... at times like that i take a week off and after coming back i take hours to warm up but then overall my jumps get better
Bad habits from replay songs out of your skill level.
Play a couple days 2* songs without touch any harder and you will be again able to play how you was playing.
Don't quit the plays, play them to the end.

Make sure your still have good frames, as that can contribute to Latency and make it harder to hit notes. If it isn't performance related though, just practice more and play easier maps until you get the hang of things again. Maybe download some jump/stream practice maps to warm you up faster.

You probably sit in a different position Which is basically equivalent to changing your sensitivity in terms of messing your aim.
My aim is always awful. Why are you even complaining?
