Problem Details:

My Friend recently made a osu! profile and it acepted him(Name: KiksaXD). But he cant log in into buncho and i cant find him. Help me plss

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

osu! version: 20170731.2 (latest)

Make sure your friend verifies their account on the website so they can connect to Bancho

And if they just made it a couple hours ago, it may take a while for them to show up.
