[Archived] My laptop shuts down automatically

Problem Details:
3 days ago my laptop has a problem... the problem is... when im playing osu its shutting down automatically.. and i fix it like 1 hour ago .and it happen again! and I'm playing koigokoro then when i 349x combo it my laptop shuts down automatically...

i really need your help!

Does it go into normal shutdown mode, or does it power off immediately?

If it's powering off, it's possible it's overheating and killing power to prevent damage to your hardware.

Make sure vents and fans are clean, and that airflow is possible (if it's sitting on something, it's possible venting is blocked) If the computer is old, it's possible the thermal compound between the CPU is losing effectiveness, or just isn't a good mix. Reapplying thermal paste isn't an easy task, especially for someone who doesn't know much about computers, and you should consult an "expert" or a friend who knows more.

You can also download a temperature monitoring program to see if it is in fact overheating.
