[Archived] Cursor Stuck At Top Left Corner?

Problem Details:
So, reading the other forums and this forum; t/590367 it looked helpful but it didn't work with my situation.
I use Windows 10 and a Bamboo Pad CTH-300/K
I disabled Windows Ink and also cannot access the Wacom Tablet Properties since it says device not connected, even though it already is.
Please help, thank you.

edit: whoops... are you sure you followed the instructions properly. I dont think you are an idiot, something may have slipped by you by accident

Try to reinstall drivers if there aren't working.

Yeah, I believe I did, but thanks for the help.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, the tablet works just fine. I think it's just generally the Windows 10 "Creators" update that's been going around, otherwise, I'll just work my way around with the raw input settings.

If this after windows creator update it's 99.9% issue posted by Sandy Hoey.
