1. delete all timing sections except for the first
2. make new timing section
3. set bpm = 178
4. set offset = 85507

uh..I won't change
that me explain(with my broken english)

first, offset not wrong. not -14 at least imo
second, these red line is set to change the downbeat. it's helpful to me
