Its quite fast to get osu api wrapper done.
Then use other wrappers for discord and yt.
And my advice is to avoid PHP
Go for full NodeJS it have wrappers for all functions you need.
For discord you can use Discordie like me.

Yea, for Bots i use NodeJS but for the webdesign i use php html css
