[Archived] Osu crashes when I open with Beta

Osu crashes everytime try to open it when I switched from Stable to Beta. I tried to change it back to Stable by oepning the Osu file with notepad the searching for "Skin = <Skin Name>" but my computer could not find "Skin = <Skin Name>". Can someone please help me fix this problem I dont know if im doing something wrong, or its because of Beta, or my computer.

Hey!

I don't think opening that file with the official notepad will help, it's just a bunch if code. Try installing notepad++. Once you have, open that file with it and search for the same thing again.

EDIT: If it's not that and nothing else seems to work, backing up all your skin and beatmap files then uninstall/reinstall osu should work if it is osu! that is just not cooperating.
