[Archived] My friend can't go/connect on the osu.ppy.sh site

For whatever reason, my friend can't seem to even connect to the osu website. I tried looking around for ways to resolve the issue, but nothing seems to work. Wondering if any tech geeks or people with a good knowledge of how to fix issues like this can help me out.

osu site is safe and private, but shouldn't make this error. To connect to osu! site click "ADVANCED" and access to site, but first I prefer scan for viruses.

I am simply thinking over the idea they probably used some sort of certificate changer to change osu.ppy.sh to not function.
Might be the cause because of ripple or something.
