Would definitely put in some dynamic changes, especially in the beginning, right now it's all 50% which sounds out of place in the beginning.

00:12:628 (6,7) - ctrl g, no reason for the same note to mapped to both d and k (variety<consistency in the beginning imo). I would understand why this would be d k since 00:10:511 - this is lower than 00:13:334 - this, but the k to d is much more noticeable for me.

00:23:922 (13,14) - ^ yeah

01:08:922 - there's no real rhythmic sound hear, and the 1/6 is kinda compicated. I would map this dkd since the stomach noise ends where the k is and of course the kick on the beat.

01:15:805 (182) - I don't hear anything here, and leaving this as 6 notes would be appropriate since it happens again 01:18:275 - here.

02:20:393 (5) - Make this D, as the reiteration of the pattern 02:31:687 (81) - here does it, and it's the same thing anyways.

02:24:099 - Making this kddk would allow of the k hits to be constant and still have that rhythm mapped and easily playable.

02:24:452 (32) - Every note in this position in the music has been a d until now and the music hasn't changed, so make d.

02:28:687 (60) - Youc could give us a break here, there's no sound to map.

02:29:746 - Same kddk fix, it pops up multiple times you know where.

02:31:510 (79) - Make k to emphasize that weird noise, it goes up in pitch as well.

02:34:334 (96) - Another gap in the music. There's more of these as well, not gonna point all of them out. The map gets pretty damn boring after about 10 second of doing the exact same thing over so putting in these breaks may be good for it.

02:42:981 (158) - Could change to D for consistency in the beginning of the phrase.

The song from 03:33:805 - here is pretty much just copy pasted to 01:12:628 - here so all changes applied earlier should also be applied through the second part of the song.
