I know this isn't the right place to say this but when I try and import my beatmaps to osu!lazer
Its a pain for me and i cant enjoy the whole test itself. Please help.

I have no idea if I should be saying this

You can't add beatmaps like you do for the normal client (double click) because that just imports them to the normal client. Instead, you have to drag the file onto the osu!lazer client
