Apparently, having notes before the timing point in an osu!mania map, without any notes being present after said point, causes the map to load forever. After Alt+F4-ing the map, in order to escape the loading time and go back to the menu, another issue comes by. For some reason, that loading time bugs the game in a way, which causes some nasty frame drops whilst playing other maps. This can only be fixed after restarting the game itself.
I have been able to replicate this and can confirm that this is a real issue. Though it's not really an issue for me, I just wanted to inform you guys.
