[Archived] My osu seems corrupted

Problem Details:
Lately, when I go on osu I can't play any beatmaps. Everything starts glitching and all and a black screen appears. But I can listen to the music and the rest of the game is okay... What is happening and what should I do?

Have you tried on alt+tabbing?

if you've tried that then you might need to backup your beatmaps and reinstall osu.

No, don't do that. Uninstalling is an option only as a last resort.

Give it a try and enable Compatibility Mode through the options.
