Uh.. I won't lock or anything, it's just that the Beatmap Packs, provided on https://osu.ppy.sh/p/packlist and Elessey's Beatmap Pack Mirrors on t/330552 are constantely up-to-date, and available without Torrent but on Mediafire/MEGA. Just my 2ct
