If you have a beatmap that you created, the beatmap is probably submitted or pending rank submission.

The other thing is you might want to read over this:
https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/How_to_Get_Your_Map_RankedUntil your map is a ranked map, you will only see your local high scores and only yours. Others can play it, but they can only see their local score also.
