Problem Details:
Covers of songs are mixed up and restarting/ repairing wont solve the problem ;(

Try this: Close osu!, go to your installation folder, move the "osu!.db" archive out of the folder and open osu! again. All the beatmaps will be processed again, so it could take a bit of time, depending on your PC and number of beatmaps.
