[Archived] Tablet and Touchscreen no longer working after windows updat

Problem Details:

I updated my computer after this annoying popup kept on appearing say that there's new features on windows 10, and now whenever I try to use osu with touchscreen or tablet, my cursor gets stuck to the top left corner of the screen.

ok, so now I figured out that it works properly only when raw input is turned off? anyone even know what it does? cause I dont. I just know it allowed me to increase my sensitivity, which I need to increase to be able to play properly..

Windows 8 and higher requires Raw Input to be enabled when using any sensitivity not 1x. Raw Input bypasses Windows nonsense and uses the... Raw input of your mouse / tablet.

Normally it's not used when using tablets, as they have Drivers allowing custom areas and whatnot. Which I suggest doing, instead of setting sensitivity. Especially now that the latest Win 10 update broke it.

You could try rolling back to the previous version of Windows if you want.
