I'm trying to edit a skin I have and I started with the applause and failsound. I put my new mp3 files in then reloaded my skins to then try them out. Nothing was heard when I passed a map... and nothing was heard when I failed one. Is there any standard a mp3 file must meet in order to play? Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Try to format it to wav file instead
Applause gets triggered when you have above 50% hp when map ends.
For failsound, give it 3 seconds of silence at the start
