[Archived] Cant change mouse speed without raw input

So, when i want to change sensitivity, it turns on by itself and my cursor stucks in the top left corner. I have to change sensitivity but i cant. Please help me.
I'm using a bamboo cth-301k tablet right now.

Try disabling Windows Ink through the Wacom Tablet Properties.

the same thing happened to me and i try disabling my windows ink but it's still stuck at the top left corner of the screen...im using huion k46...
