this is my signature and when i try to put it on it wont let me or let me see it
All of your posts are either in beatmap forums or help subforum which do not display signatures to provide more space for post content.
Other places like General Discussion, Skinning, Off-topic and so on display them normally.

Make sure you are also not confusing "Signature" and "User Page" they are completely different.
Signatures show below forum posts in certain sub-forums, User pages show on your profile, and requires you have supporter once in order to have it.
