Problem Details:
Basically I get huge latency because of using V4W, and I would like to somehow know how much latency VB-Cable, V4A and "Windows' listen to device" adds in order to calculate them and imput the resuilts into osu!'s universal offset. Because osu! is a rhythm game and having audio latency for this kind of game sucks. It's fine on audio players and et cetera.
Video or screenshot showing the problem:
I think this does not need any screenshots or videos.
UPDATE1: I found the perfect offset somehow, sounds fine.
Not tested the hitsounds yet.
UPDATE2: Hitsouds don't follow the offset settings, sounds too off. Guess I'll have to play without hitsounds.
