[Archived] osu skins are not working

Problem Details: I have downloaded a skin and put it in my osu skins folder but in osu when i select it,nothing happens and it is still the default skin. okay,im new to osu but i think i did install the skin right. i have also tried refreshing the skin and reinstalling osu but i get the same results... would appreciate any help :)

Does it happen with each skin? Also, could you upload the skin so that we can take a look in it? Export the skin as .osk file (options), upload it somewhere and share it here.

Weird. Could you re-download them? Go to the osu! main folder, then the main skin folder, delete the skin folders from there which don't work correctly and download them again. Maybe there were import problems or so.
