Problem Details:
When I try to play any beatmap it freezes for a few seconds then stops and a few seconds later it does it again

your osu! version says it's Stable Fallback -- are you actually running on it? You can check in options. If so, I would recommend you make sure your GL drivers are updated. You can check out this page for more information.
