Problem Details:
This has only started to happen recently but I haven't changed anything relating to build spec, or application-wise.
Every once in awhile, I will go from 1200+ FPS to 170~ FPS for what seems like no reason. I can't seem to repeat what happens.
The specs of my build shouldn't be an issue. Running a 3570k OC'd to 4.1GHz with a GTX 1060. Could it be an issue with Pascal GFX cards?
If it's not that, could it possibly be Windows 10 x64?
The applications running in the background consist of the newest version of ShareX, Discord, and Steam.

Seems to have just been an odd issue with NVIDIA Share. Consider this fixed
