I get bad cramps in my right hand when holding my pen and playing for a little while. It's in the "pillow" under the thumb I guess you could say. It just tightens and hurts pretty bad.
I have a pretty standard grip, tip of my thumb right beside the buttons, tip of index finger on the other side and the middle one underneath for support.
