Make sure you have a clear internet connection and that your anti virus or firewall isn't blocking osu! access to the internet. If that doesn't work you can try using a VPN.
This trouble have a lot of people, who downloaded installer recently. I fixed it.
U must download old osu!instaler, which have game files in installer and launch installer with admin rights. Plz reply me about results
