Problem Details:
There is no user profile picture since few months ago.

Something is being blocked somewhere.

Check you Firewall and make sure nothing is being stopped.

If that heads no results, Try releasing and renewing your IPConfig, Reset network adapter, restart Router / modem, Flush DNS.

See if any of those work.
