Problem Details:
Computer:Aspire F5-573G Windows10
Graphic card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 520 and NVIDIA GeForce 940MX

When I’m trying to open Osu! this window that says „Osu! Crashed” appears.
I tried restarting the computer, checked the requirements, updated to the newest version, and still it doesn’t work.

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

osu! version: 20160403.6

Crash information is very vague and doesn't really explain what and where a format exception occured.
I suspect it could be the settings file.

1. Go to your osu! folder.
2. Rename "osu!.<your_windows_username>.cfg" to something else, like add a ".bak" at the end or something.
3. Try to run osu! again. It should generate a new default settings file.

Also your osu! version is 20160403.6, thats not really the newest, are you on fallback?

Hello, this way doesn’t work and I don’t know how to check the osu version.
Are there other ways to fix this bug?

You can change the version you are using in the options.

I can’t open the options in osu, because when i click on the icon only that windows „osu! crashed” comes out. But I’m sure I have the latest version because I reinstalled the game. Are there other ways I can fix this problem?
