[Archived] can't connect to my acc in game

Problem Details:

I can't connect to my account in game, that show me "your account is not valid", but i can connect to my account in the official web site. Name of account is Kyoga, id: diabloxfraise mdp: <removed> and the email is: <removed> pls help me to solve this pb to allow me to play again.
