If it asks you for verification, or you can't change it,

http://osu.ppy.sh/p/forgot-email and follow instructions there.
If you didn't successfully do it,
Account-related issues are not handled on the forum, so please don't post them here.
- Send an email to accounts@ppy.sh detailing your issue instead. This means anything that is directly related to your account, including flag changes, username changes, osu!supporter payment issues, account security concerns, etc...
- Make sure to include information like how many times supporter have been bought or gifted, how many silences you (think) got, reasons why you had that silence, which country did you create the account and where you are now currently, past passwords if any.
