2017-02-16 17:45 shadowsnoop: like
2017-02-16 17:45 shadowsnoop: this ln parts
2017-02-16 17:45 shadowsnoop: 02:06:168 (126168|1) -
2017-02-16 17:45 shadowsnoop: that seem kinda ~boring~
2017-02-16 17:45 shadowsnoop: they have 2 sounds tho
2017-02-16 17:45 shadowsnoop: on blue thick
2017-02-16 17:45 shadowsnoop: 02:06:243 -
2017-02-16 17:45 shadowsnoop: could make it a bit denser
2017-02-16 17:45 Kaito-kun: yeah, I noticed it back when it was graved
2017-02-16 17:46 shadowsnoop: even tho this section is super easy compared to the rest > 02:22:818 -
2017-02-16 17:46 Kaito-kun: 02:22:818 - I should add some LNs on this section tbh :v
2017-02-16 17:46 shadowsnoop: works well as a rest
2017-02-16 17:46 shadowsnoop: and yea
2017-02-16 17:46 shadowsnoop: you could
2017-02-16 17:46 shadowsnoop: make a more technical section
2017-02-16 17:47 Kaito-kun: (my plan wasn't a rest tho, fuck resting :^) )
2017-02-16 17:47 shadowsnoop: lmao
2017-02-16 17:47 shadowsnoop: put the effort into reading this section then
2017-02-16 17:47 shadowsnoop: you'll have a good break but not a dumb section
2017-02-16 17:47 shadowsnoop: seems good
2017-02-16 17:47 Kaito-kun: but yeah, I most likely got lazy there :^)
2017-02-16 17:47 shadowsnoop: overall is pretty fun is you ask me
2017-02-16 17:47 shadowsnoop: lol
2017-02-16 17:47 shadowsnoop: I'd play it again
2017-02-16 17:47 shadowsnoop: for sure
2017-02-16 17:48 Kaito-kun: so you'll become BN and insta rank my map? :^)
2017-02-16 17:48 Kaito-kun: COME ON
2017-02-16 17:48 shadowsnoop: btw
2017-02-16 17:48 Kaito-kun: I'M DESPERATE
2017-02-16 17:48 shadowsnoop: 00:47:043 (47043|2,47118|3,47193|2,47268|3,47343|2,47418|3,47493|2,47568|3) -

2017-02-16 17:48 shadowsnoop: I'll never be bn, sorry
2017-02-16 17:48 shadowsnoop: :(
2017-02-16 17:48 Kaito-kun: lmfao
2017-02-16 17:49 Kaito-kun: I seriously need to start being cautious about anchors and unintended trills :^D
2017-02-16 17:49 shadowsnoop: mind swaping the position of this 2? 01:01:968 (61968|2,61968|3,62118|3) -
2017-02-16 17:49 shadowsnoop: can swap this one to col 1
2017-02-16 17:49 shadowsnoop: if you dont want a 4 note anchor on 3
2017-02-16 17:50 shadowsnoop: 01:01:968 (61968|2) -
2017-02-16 17:50 Kaito-kun: I would prefer having this tho 01:02:118 (62118|0,62118|3,62193|1,62268|3,62268|0,62343|2,62418|0,62418|3) -
2017-02-16 17:51 Kaito-kun: let me see if I can make it more comfortable without fucking it
2017-02-16 17:51 Kaito-kun: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7341467 ???
2017-02-16 17:51 shadowsnoop: its just me being picky tho
2017-02-16 17:52 shadowsnoop: sure
2017-02-16 17:53 shadowsnoop: give some divertity to this 01:32:943 (92943|2,93018|3,93168|2,93318|3,93468|2,93543|3,93768|2,93918|3,94068|2,94143|3) -
2017-02-16 17:54 Kaito-kun: lol
2017-02-16 17:54 shadowsnoop: :(
2017-02-16 17:54 shadowsnoop: this 5 note oh 01:56:493 (116493|1,116568|0,116643|1,116718|0,116793|1) -
2017-02-16 17:54 shadowsnoop: if you're using the vocal
2017-02-16 17:54 shadowsnoop: to make the oh trill
2017-02-16 17:55 shadowsnoop: I'll be happy
2017-02-16 17:55 shadowsnoop: and sad
2017-02-16 17:55 shadowsnoop: because you dont use it again
2017-02-16 17:55 shadowsnoop: can you actually could represent some long vocal notes doing this oh trills
2017-02-16 17:55 shadowsnoop: I like em a fucking lot
2017-02-16 17:56 Kaito-kun: I only followed vocals on the sorta static sections and at one other section which is only vocals with 1 note each 2 ticks lol
2017-02-16 17:56 shadowsnoop: this "stutter" sound, could make a single big trill on 2 and 3 02:07:818 (127818|1,127893|3,127968|2,128043|1,128118|2,128193|1,128268|3,128343|2) -
2017-02-16 17:56 Kaito-kun: on Kiai I never followed vocals
2017-02-16 17:56 Kaito-kun: that
2017-02-16 17:56 Kaito-kun: I like it :^)
2017-02-16 17:57 shadowsnoop: same thing 02:07:818 (127818|1,127893|3,127968|2,128043|1,128118|2,128193|1,128268|3,128343|2,132693|0,132768|2,132843|1,132918|0,132993|1,133068|2,133143|0) -
2017-02-16 17:57 shadowsnoop: this section has quit a few
2017-02-16 17:57 shadowsnoop: like that
2017-02-16 17:58 shadowsnoop: so idk if you dont like repetitions or something but if you do, I'd say to go ahead and use the same big trill structure
2017-02-16 17:58 shadowsnoop: if not, the way it is now is super ok
2017-02-16 17:58 shadowsnoop: 'personal opinion tho
2017-02-16 17:59 Kaito-kun: I'll use the trills for that section
2017-02-16 17:59 shadowsnoop: I think this 3 note anchor is acidental right? 02:58:818 (178818|3,178968|3,179118|3) -
2017-02-16 17:59 Kaito-kun: to avoid too much repetition, I'll leave the others like some sort of jumptrill
2017-02-16 17:59 Kaito-kun: as accidental as my birth :^D
2017-02-16 17:59 shadowsnoop: oh nvm
2017-02-16 17:59 Kaito-kun: ACTION gets shot
2017-02-16 17:59 shadowsnoop: LOL
2017-02-16 17:59 shadowsnoop: idk I dont care about this lil anchors tbh
2017-02-16 18:00 shadowsnoop: just pointing stuff that yourself wanna change
2017-02-16 18:00 shadowsnoop: like this one
2017-02-16 18:00 shadowsnoop: 03:03:168 (183168|1,183318|1,183468|1,183618|1,183918|2,184068|2,184218|2,184368|2) -
2017-02-16 18:00 shadowsnoop: is fucking cool
2017-02-16 18:01 shadowsnoop: but prota would kill you
2017-02-16 18:01 shadowsnoop: :D
2017-02-16 18:01 Kaito-kun: she'll kill me with anything above 4 stars that I do :^D
2017-02-16 18:01 shadowsnoop: thats... actually true.
2017-02-16 18:03 Kaito-kun: I'll leave anchors that don't exceed 5 notes
2017-02-16 18:03 shadowsnoop: this one not cul 03:33:618 (213618|2,213768|2,213918|2,214068|2,214368|2,214518|2,214668|2,214818|2) -
2017-02-16 18:03 Kaito-kun: that would trigger Prot just enough :^)
2017-02-16 18:03 Kaito-kun: o I'll be intensifying that section
2017-02-16 18:05 shadowsnoop: just and idea cuz I'm retarded http://i.imgur.com/rKyWpfF.png 03:57:618 -
2017-02-16 18:06 shadowsnoop: and I like triangles :D

2017-02-16 18:06 Kaito-kun: ACTION Monstrata intensifies

2017-02-16 18:06 Kaito-kun: If I screenshot this, how triggered would that fuk get? :^)
2017-02-16 18:06 Kaito-kun: yeah, I love that suggestion
2017-02-16 18:06 shadowsnoop: a lot D:

2017-05-06 15:26 Kaito-kun: :nuke:
2017-05-06 15:27 Antalf: el mapa es bueno :'v
2017-05-06 15:27 Kaito-kun: los streams los siento muy lineales
2017-05-06 15:27 Antalf: es que
2017-05-06 15:27 Antalf: se supone que es asi :v
2017-05-06 15:28 Kaito-kun: osea, usar streams lineales no esta mal, pero usarlos a traves de toda la cancion lo vuelve ??? :D ???
2017-05-06 15:28 Kaito-kun: ACTION is editing [https://osu.ppy.sh/b/419485 xi - FREEDOM DiVE [4K Another]]
2017-05-06 15:36 Antalf: simplificque :v
2017-05-06 15:36 Kaito-kun: 03:49:218 -
2017-05-06 15:36 Kaito-kun: aqui :v
2017-05-06 15:37 Kaito-kun: osea, mi Hard es mas densa que eso en esas partes :V
2017-05-06 15:37 Kaito-kun: a esperate, el Hard acabado esta en mi laptop XD
2017-05-06 15:37 Kaito-kun: GG XD
2017-05-06 15:37 Antalf: bueno ponerle mas densidad no es problema
2017-05-06 15:37 Antalf: que mas
2017-05-06 15:39 Kaito-kun: 00:02:868 - 00:02:568 -
2017-05-06 15:39 Kaito-kun: Y MIS NOTAS?!
2017-05-06 15:40 Antalf: puestas :^)
2017-05-06 15:40 Kaito-kun: acabe el jodio mapa :v
2017-05-06 15:41 Kaito-kun: 00:29:118 (29118|0,29418|2) - y estas que no son dobles? :V
2017-05-06 15:41 Kaito-kun: 00:42:018 (42018|1,42018|3,42318|2,42318|0) - y estas dobles que salieron del aire despues de llevar 5 segundos completos ignorandolos? :v
2017-05-06 15:52 Kaito-kun: yo literalmente me quede ??? :D ???
2017-05-06 15:53 Antalf: uso ln o simples
2017-05-06 15:53 Kaito-kun: simples para no enredar
2017-05-06 15:54 Antalf: oke

00:00:468 (468|2,543|3,693|2,918|3,993|2,1068|3,1143|2) - very right hand biased straight off the bat

Welp, managed to somewhat survive the 5th week of my college's trimester, so I finally have some free time to apply these:

As always, Green means applied, Red means rejected (I always try to be as reasonable as possible when rejecting), and bold letters means my point of view. It may go from either not applying a suggestion until someone else points it out, or a suggestion partially applied

Justice Be Done
00:00:468 (468|2,543|3,693|2,918|3,993|2,1068|3,1143|2) - very right hand biased straight off the bat Did some moving on on the notes before the first trill, should make it less punishing on the right hand
00:03:318 (3318|0,3393|1,3468|0,3543|1,3618|2) - why not 1|3 instead of 1|2? Because it would amount to something like THIS and I would prefer avoiding such things unless someone convices me otherwise
00:04:818 (4818|0,4968|0,5118|1,5268|0,5343|1,5418|0) - really weird hand bias switching throughout this intro Did some fixing to that part to make it a little bit less biased, so it should play better now
00:06:918 (6918|1) - move to 3 | 00:07:143 (7143|2) - move to 2 Oh, I see what you are trying to do with this, applied
00:07:818 (7818|2,7968|2,8118|2) - nice mini-anchor I honestly don't find any problem with this small anchor, but I changed the pattern to something else to remove the anchor anyways (Doesn't really hurt doing so)
00:09:618 (9618|0,9768|0,9918|1,10068|0,10143|1,10293|0,10293|1,10518|1,10593|0,10668|1,10743|0) - see this is what I mean Well, I guess I just discovered what I need to improve on :^). Changed to a less biased pattern
00:18:318 (18318|1,18318|0,18468|1,18618|0,18693|1,18768|0,18918|1,18993|0,19068|1,19143|0,19293|1,19443|1,19518|0) - Fixed
00:20:718 (20718|3,20718|0,21018|0,21018|3) - what are these doubles for They were to represent the piano sound at the background, and the strong static sound at some points, but I decided to delete them after thinking a bit about them
00:38:493 (38493|1,38568|0,38718|1,38718|0,38868|1,38943|0,39018|1,39168|0,39243|1,39318|0,39393|1) - muh left hand Fixed (I never noticed the map to be this imbalanced hand-wise XD)
00:40:218 (40218|0,40368|0,40443|1,40518|0,40593|1) - not a big fan of this tbh Don't find a problem with this one, but I still changed it to something more comfortable to play (or at least that's the idea lol)
and osu just crashed Why do your osu client always crash when you are checking one of my maps? :^) (Having some Destruction flashbacks)
00:43:818 (43818|1,43968|1,44118|1,44268|1) - more anchors [Sorta fixed/b]
00:45:768 (45768|3,45918|3,46068|3,46218|3,46218|2,46368|2,46518|2) - okay then [b]I should seriously look for a song that yells "Anchors are valid here", I would stop looking like a blind person and modders take less time (and willpower to avoid shooting me and/or themselves) to mod my shitmaps

00:46:818 (46818|1,46968|1,47118|1,47193|0,47268|1,47343|0,47493|0,47643|0) - not a fan of this either Moved 00:46:968 (46968|1) - to the 1st column, and that's the most I can think of to fix that without breaking the whole pattern (if you do have an idea, you can always help me with it)
move 00:51:018 (51018|0) - to stop 00:51:018 (51018|0,51168|0,51243|1,51318|0,51393|1,51543|1) - Did some repatterning
00:51:693 (51693|0,51843|1,51993|1) - don't hear sounds for these There is indeed sound, it's the same sound that I use for the 1/4 stream right after this. But there it's a bit unnoticeable, so I decided to remove the first 2 notes you pointed out, and left out only the 3rd one, because that one sounds strong enough to be easily noticeable while playing
00:55:218 (55218|3,55218|1,55293|2,55293|0,55368|3,55368|1,55443|2,55443|0) - [23][14] patterns exist you know you might wanna use them at some point I personally don't like those type of trills, since they feel weird to play (I admit it may be me), so I always avoid using them. And I prefer using [13][24] and viceversa, more in this case because it somewhat represents static better

in this section alone just be careful of doing stuff like 00:59:418 (59418|2,59568|2,59868|2) - and make sure each one is intentional
01:00:768 (60768|1,61068|1,61218|1,61368|1,61518|1) - wew

I rearranged the whole section taking in mind what you said, so it should be fine now

01:20:568 (80568|2,80718|3,80868|2,80943|3,81093|2,81168|3,81318|3,81318|2) - :| :^D

(Removed the singles to emphasize beat, had it on my mind for a while, but I guess it's the best choice here)

01:41:830 (101830|0,101980|0,102168|0,102318|0,102468|0) - ew Only avoided the last anchor, because it's either this pattern, or a biased right-handed pattern (and we both know how many of those I have here :^) )
01:45:768 (105768|3,105843|2,105918|1,105918|0,105918|3,105993|2,106068|1,106143|0,106218|3,106218|1,106293|2,106368|3) - not a fan of this at all ugh Did a little repatterning there
01:50:118 (110118|2,110268|2,110418|2,110568|2,110718|2) - more anchors I'm seriously gonna map Get On by USAO, it fits my anchor fetish smh
01:55:368 (115368|3,115518|3,115668|3,115818|3) - tbf I'm not a fan of most of these patterns as is but it's best to avoid as many anchors as you can really unless necessary And I agree, but I'm just a shitty mapper trying to rank a shitmap :^)
01:58:818 (118818|3,118893|2,119043|3,119118|2,119193|3,119268|2,119418|3,119493|2,119568|3,119718|2,119718|3,119868|3,119943|2) - rh bias And here we go again! (made it less biased.........hopefully)
02:00:018 (120018|1,120168|1,120318|1,120468|1) - anchor Bay
02:19:968 (139968|2,140118|2,140268|2,140418|2) - ^ ^Repetition of bad joke
02:42:918 (162918|1,162993|0) - why, with 02:42:318 (162318|0,162393|1,162468|0,162543|1,162618|0,162768|0,162768|1) - happening would you put that on the left hand Because I'm retarded :D (Mirrored it)
02:43:968 (163968|3,163968|2,163968|0) - why is this a hand My mistake
02:51:618 (171618|2,171768|2,171918|2,172068|2) - more anchors More fixing
02:52:218 (172218|1,172368|1,172518|1,172668|1,172818|1) - man this ship ain't going anywhereYes it is, just gotta make sure I have enough tape to fix this shit :^)
02:54:018 (174018|0,174168|0,174318|0,174468|0) - I don't want to have to keep pointing these out so I'm not going to anymore Does that mean I have to actually........"Pay attention" D:
03:03:018 (183018|1,183168|1,183318|1,183468|1,183618|1) - apart from that one I'm pretty sure you are questioning my intelectual level right now, and I don't blame you :^D
03:16:968 (196968|2,197043|3,197118|2,197193|3,197268|2,197418|3,197493|2,197643|2,197718|3,197793|2) - :| x2 x2 :^D
ok we're done here Does that mean I can insta-rank the map now? :^)

And here are my mods.

Justice Be Done. [Extra Difficulty also inside.]

00:43:218 Keep that a double.

03:25:818 I don't know too many people who like stacked notes like this. May I suggest balancing these notes? (I think the LN's are fine though)
(Kinda like Antalf's Insane.
02:42:693 I think these should be singles.
02:42:768 ^ (There is nothing to accent here)

Extra.

03:25:818 Same problem as Justice Be Done.

Normal.

00:57:618 This part doesn't do to well. It's undermapped, even for this difficulty. Please work on this part.
Rhythmatically speaking, it doesn't make sense either. When I tested this version, it felt unnatural.

01:17:118(0116818|3,0117118|4) Delete that single and place that long note there. The tail of the LN is good though. It also feels unnatural.

01:41:718 Add a note here.

02:49:218 Make this a double.

03:43:218(0343218|1,0344268|2) Extend that LN to the white line and get rid of that ghost note.

Justice Be Done. [Extra Difficulty also inside.]

00:43:218 Keep that a double. There's a crash sound there, and with the amount of triples with 1/2 doubles mixed in later on,
it would otherwise feel weird to leave that as a double, while less relevant sounds like 00:44:718 (44718|1,44718|3,44718|2) - are done as a triple.

03:25:818 I don't know too many people who like stacked notes like this. May I suggest balancing these notes? (I think the LN's are fine though) These are fine as they are, they follow precisely the song, and it's not hard to hit either (I mean, it's only a long anchor, I'm pretty sure anyone who has reached that far on the map is able to SS this, or at the very least nail all of the notes)
(Kinda like Antalf's Insane.) Had to nuke him for it :v
02:42:693 I think these should be singles. They are the same sounds as 02:43:218 (163218|1,163218|2) - this double, but this note 02:42:618 (162618|0) - is a single to avoid unintended jacks, which would otherwise make the whole pattern akward to play.
02:42:768 ^ (There is nothing to accent here) ^same answer as above

03:25:818 Same problem as Justice Be Done. Same answer as Justice be Done :v

Normal.

00:57:618 This part doesn't do to well. It's undermapped, even for this difficulty. Please work on this part.
Rhythmatically speaking, it doesn't make sense either. When I tested this version, it felt unnatural. I disagree with you. It's not undermapped, it's actually fine density-wise. On all difficulties, this sections parts as a break, and this difficulty is no exception. Even tho it's partially a linear 1/2 stream with a note removed every 2 notes (with some exceptions because of the beat insensification). Also, it's rhythmically correct, because it's not randomly changing from one sound to another, it follows the piano all the way through, with the only exceptions being when the beat intensifies and completely overhelms the piano. Tho I'll agree on the part that it MAY feel weird to play, but without an actual suggestion or idea on how to change the section, I can't and I won't change it (AKA, either a suggestion that feels more natural than the current pattern appears, or it stays like that).

01:17:118(0116818|3,0117118|4) Delete that single and place that long note there. The tail of the LN is good though. It also feels unnatural. All difficulties have the same starting LN point, so why only pointing it on this difficulty precisely? Anyways, it shouldn't feel unnatural, because that's the actual start for the ascending sound, as the sound heard here 01:16:818 - and the one starting where the current LN is are different sounds.

01:41:718 Add a note here. Made the LN shorter and added another LN instead

02:49:218 Make this a double. But then I would have to make all the notes representing beat as doubles, which would make for an exponential diff spike I wanna avoid for obvious reasons

03:43:218(0343218|1,0344268|2) Extend that LN to the white line and get rid of that ghost note. You most likely made a mistake here.
The LN ends at the 1/1 tick, and there are no ghost notes on that section.

And here are my mods.

Justice Be Done. [Extra Difficulty also inside.]

00:43:218 Keep that a double.

It's fine, I mean, at least you took part of your time to mod the map, which is already good enough, so I thank you for that.

it confuses me because you followed snared and bell sounds with doubles lol
00:04:218 - double
02:24:018 - from here I would place doubles every 1/1
02:24:318 (144318|1) - if you want you can place a LN here up to 02:24:618 -
02:24:618 - ^
02:26:718 - ^
02:27:318 - ^
I cant find anythiny else tbh. Because this mod sucks if you want you dont need to mod my map

it confuses me because you followed snared and bell sounds with doubles lol Not really following the bells tho, I'm mainly focusing on the breakcore
00:04:218 - double As I said above, I don't follow the bells here, and focusing only on the breakcore here
02:24:018 - from here I would place doubles every 1/1 Sounds like a good idea, applied
02:24:318 (144318|1) - if you want you can place a LN here up to 02:24:618 - I don't see a reason to do so, the prolonged sounds you hear there are already being mapped with the stream, so going and adding these LNs make the pattern feel almost random

Note: if there is a timing point doesn't suit with the hitsound, change it yourself. If timing points got stacked, delete the original (if you applied it).

  1. 00:05:718 - missing note?
  2. 00:07:668 - ^
  3. 00:14:118 (14118|0,14118|1) - i think one of them should moved to 00:13:968 - because the sound is louder than 00:14:118 - or adding a note without moving it.
  4. 00:16:518 - loud sound
  5. 00:20:418 - missing note?
  6. 00:21:018 - ^
  7. 02:02:118 - 02:02:418 - missing note? if not, why 02:01:518 - 02:01:668 - 3 notes?
  8. 03:08:718 - 03:12:918 - missing LN?
  9. 03:05:718 (185718|2,185718|3,185793|1,185868|2,185943|0,186018|3,186018|1) - buffed it a little like this maybe https://puu.sh/wLU44.jpg
  10. 03:48:918 - 03:49:068 - pretty faint sound, maybe add note (just misc things, also can be used like fake SV)
  11. 02:13:218 (133218|2) - remove it for consistency double notes, also to reverse this 02:14:418 (134418|2,134418|0) -

Note: if there is a timing point doesn't suit with the hitsound, change it yourself. If timing points got stacked, delete the original (if you applied it).

The idea of adding SVs is not really bad, but these SVs aren't what I would be looking for here. These SVs feel like they break the rhythm of the map in most sections, and in others, it breaks the idea of what I try to do with that said sections. Again, the idea of having SVs isn't really bad,
in fact, it's welcoming. But I can't really agree with these type of SVs. Tho I did agree with the usage of a very few of them, but decided not to add them since it would feel weird only having 2-3 SVs and it may even be unpredictable for a sightread play.

Justice Be Done
  1. 00:05:718 - missing note? There's no reason for a double there. Tho I saw the reason for you thinking there was, and fixed the inconsistency
  2. 00:07:668 - ^ I see no reason for this to be a double.
  3. 00:14:118 (14118|0,14118|1) - i think one of them should moved to 00:13:968 - because the sound is louder than 00:14:118 - or adding a note without moving it. I don't hear it louder. In fact, I could barely tell what you where trying to say until I had it map on 25% playback. So I'll stay with the pattern as is, since it's barely hearable.
  4. 00:16:518 - loud sound In fact, 00:16:593 (16593|1) - is louder than that one, and it's a single note, so I'll leave it as it is.
  5. 00:20:418 - missing note? Adding a double there would mean mapping some of the other sounds that are heard in that section, and having both the trilly pattern along with those doubles plays a bit akward, so it's better to stay with the trills patterns and leave out such doubles
  6. 00:21:018 - ^ ^^^
  7. 02:02:118 - 02:02:418 - missing note? if not, why 02:01:518 - 02:01:668 - 3 notes? Crash sound, hence the 3 notes.
  8. 03:08:718 - 03:12:918 - missing LN? Mapping vocals here.
  9. 03:05:718 (185718|2,185718|3,185793|1,185868|2,185943|0,186018|3,186018|1) - buffed it a little like this maybe https://puu.sh/wLU44.jpg Feels a little bit akward to play, so I'll keep.
  10. 03:48:918 - 03:49:068 - pretty faint sound, maybe add note (just misc things, also can be used like fake SV) The only faint sound there is the chorus (?, and I prefer leaving it like as it is. SVs already discussed before, so I'll abstain from repeating myself
  11. 02:13:218 (133218|2) - remove it for consistency double notes, also to reverse this 02:14:418 (134418|2,134418|0) - Crash sound.

"Handstreams be Done" - Kaito
[General]
  1. The fact that gandalf's insane and extra share the same OD/HP values bothers me even though I know both are justified. Might just do OD/HP 8.2/8.2 for Extra though cause jumpstreams and HP 8 is a tad forgiving for the speed and note density.
  2. Chill on the OD of Hard a bit, they're just 1/2 jumpstreams. OD 7.7 would be best at most cause there's still a lot of short LN holds to deal with in the latter half of the song.
  3. save filespace by making the bg .jpg pls https://puu.sh/wP9aa.jpg
  4. Tbh, where the preview point is at now feels a bit anticlimactic and doesnt really get across the actual feeling of the song. I would instead put it at 02:22:818 - which seems like the climax tfw no kiai time there tho smh
[Justitu Be Done-u >////<]
00:07:968 (7968|3,8043|2,8118|3,8268|2,8343|3,8418|2) - These two OH minitrills one after the other on the same hand are a bit uneven in terms of weight,
so I'd try to stick one of them onto the left hand if possible, like this https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8644368

00:37:818 (37818|1,38268|0) - Think it's a bit hard to time the release of the LN in 2 cause of the awkward 1/2 LN in 1 forcing the player to press and release on the middle finger while the index finger is still anchored down on the keyboard  Might switch the long LN to be on the right hand instead like this https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8644393

00:46:818 (46818|1,46968|1,47118|1,47268|1) - Delet this stack. By that I mean move 00:46:968 (46968|1,47043|2) - to 3 and 1 respectively. Actually,
this is too much too explain, here's a screenshot https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8644405

00:51:768 (51768|2,51768|3) - Since there's no kick/snare/anythingelse here, I think using a single note would be fine cause the sound doesnt hold the same kind of weight the drums do. Removing the note at 00:51:768 (51768|3) - would be best imo to avoid the three note stack
00:51:918 (51918|3,51918|0,52068|0,52068|2) - These too. Could use short LNs to represent the sampled vocals like this maybe? https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8644414

00:52:743 (52743|2,52818|3,52818|1,52893|2) - "There are no diamond patterns left." L I E S

01:01:368 (61368|2,61368|1,61368|3,61668|2,61668|0,61668|3,61968|0,61968|3,61968|1) - i hope you know i hate your layering (dw tho, it's fine)

01:41:718 (101718|2,101755|3,101793|1,101830|0,101868|2,101905|3,101943|1,101980|0) - #banantirollsandmakethemsplitrollsinstead https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8644430 . Alternatively, if you hate the player and everything that is good in life, you could use different rolls within the burst like so but it probably plays like AIDS at 200 bpm https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8644435

02:12:843 (132843|1,132918|0,132993|1) - Kill this direction turn pls

02:15:543 (135543|0,135618|1,135618|2) - Might as well just make the entire thing monodirectional cause it's only at the very last two notes here that you change direction. I dont think it's worth it at that point lol, just make it linear and stick with it for two beats.

02:19:668 (139668|2,139743|1,139818|0,139893|1,139968|2,140043|3,140118|1,140118|2,140193|0) - s t a i r t i m e

02:53:268 (173268|1,173343|0,173418|2,173418|3,173493|0,173568|1) - "Yes, let me put all the movement on the left hand and the right hand can do nothing because this is pre-dq dysnomia lite."

03:23:493 (203493|3,203568|0,203643|2) - Not like there's any real emphasis in the music here, so I dont see a reason to space these notes out so much and make the hand movement a lot larger than it has been previously in the stream sections :/

03:34:143 (214143|1,214218|0,214293|1) - pls also delete or put it on the other hand to make the strain even with 03:33:843 (213843|0,213918|1,213993|0) - , like so https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8644467 . Also cleared up a 5 note stack in there so yey

03:39:318 - Small sound here, dunno if you wanna add it, probs not to emphasize the sudden loss in musical intensity I guess. Something to consider though if you wanted to add svs /me fly away

04:06:018 (246018|1) - Move to col 4 to avoid a three note stack at 04:05:718 (245718|1,245868|1,246018|1) - ? Also follows your two note stack pattern at 04:05:418 (245418|0,245568|0,245568|2,245718|2) -

[Extra]
00:13:743 (13743|1,13818|0,13893|1) - reeee. I think inverting the OH trill makes it easier to play though, so instead of 2-1-2, you could make it 1-2-1

00:42:093 (42093|0,42168|2,42243|1,42393|1,42468|2,42543|3) - I'd suggest trilling these similar to what you did in the JbD diff cause the sound's a bit more muted now. Something kind of like this might work https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8644629

00:52:593 (52593|0,52668|1,52743|2,52818|3,52818|0,52893|2,52968|1,53043|0) - by god you hate me

00:52:968 (52968|1,53043|0,53118|2,53118|3,53193|0,53268|1) - Wouldn't suggest doing asymmetrical patterns like this cause all the movement ends up being pushed to one hand while the other hand just kind of hangs around doing nothing. I'd instead make it symmetrical so both hands get a similar strain https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8644632

01:45:618 - Starting here, I'm noticing quite a bit of right hand bias as that's where all the movement tends to be focused in, and a lot of the chords are focused on the left hand as they include at least one note on that hand like 01:45:918 (105918|1,105918|0) - 01:45:918 (105918|1,105918|0,106218|0,106518|1,106818|1,107418|1,107418|0,107718|1,108018|0) - and so on

02:17:718 - Possibly the only time so far into the chart I've seen you use a triple for the snare here. Think it'd be more consistent to just use a jump instead as that's what the earlier parts of the chart give the impression of.

02:22:818 - Fam, let's talk spread https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8644659 . Extra is a simple 1/2 stream with jumps every 2/1 whereas JbD is full on triple + jump 1/2 spam. Hell, antalf's diff is harder than yours here lol. I would suggest using 1/2 jumps everywhere as it would be easier than JbD but harder than antalf's diff.
03:39:618 - is literally harder.

[Sandalf's Insane]
00:05:268 (5268|0,5343|2,5418|0,5418|1) - Any real reason to space this out? So far all the notes in this intro section have been really well connected to each other, and then there's this sudden break in that smooth hand movement for a sound that doesn't really stand out like it does at 00:12:468 -

00:35:568 (35568|2,35568|1,35718|3,35718|2) - Dunno why you'd change the structure of the 1/2 jumps so far into the phrase. For consistency, would be better to simply leave it as [12] as the sound doesnt have a significant enough change to warrant the pattern variation imo

00:51:618 (51618|0,51618|3,51768|3,51768|0,51918|3,51918|0,52068|1,52068|2) - can i veto the mapper's existence for overemphasizing vocals

00:52:668 (52668|1,52743|3,52818|1) - Would rather there not be an odd disconnect here if there isn't emphasis from the music to warrant the movement change

00:55:218 (55218|3,55293|2,55368|3,55443|2,55518|3) - five note trills weee. For real though, you've kept them down to 4 notes at the max, so suddenly tacking on an extra note at the end cause you can is inconsistent to the earlier sections.

01:14:868 (74868|3,75018|0,75018|2) - hi, i think you got ur emphasis wrong cause the kick comes on the upbeat, not the downbeat. You basically have to control J this but make sure the pattern doesnt become cancer
01:15:168 (75168|1,75318|2,75318|3) - ^ It pretty much all moved to the upbeat like this https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8644724

01:19:518 (79518|3,79518|1,79668|2,79668|0) - tbh, think it'd be cool to stack these jumps with each other since they're the same two snares back to back.
Also adds some variation to the gameplay since a lot of this diff so far is just simple streaming with the occasional disconnect for extra emphasis.

01:23:268 (83268|1) - Well, even if you dont take my above suggestion, for consistency, move this to 4 cause you started off with a complementary chord when mapping the stacked snares.

02:29:418 (149418|3,149718|3) - They're the same pitch, that's true, but so are all the LNs following before it, so there's no reason to stack these LNs in the same column as each other. It's a bit misleading because before the player even gets to that part of the music, they'll see it and probably assume the music will be slightly different due to the structure change in those two beats.

02:33:168 (153168|3,153318|3) - but why

03:37:818 - missing a jump here

03:58:818 (238818|1,238968|2,239118|1) - I'd control H here to avoid the 1/2 ministack at 03:58:668 (238668|1) - as I don't believe there's anything in the last beat of the measure to warrant the change in feeling.

[Hard]
00:27:768 - I think it would be fine to add a 1/2 LN here to represent the short 1/4 triplet in the same place. Maybe like this https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8648237

00:42:018 - to 00:42:618 - I think it'd be nice to change up the styles and visuals here to show that the music is a bit different here. I would have suggested lowering the density but obviously the drum line is still there, but maybe using some obvious trills would help? https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8648249 . Or you could try some stacks too but I dont think there's as much musical justification for it.

00:51:618 (51618|1,51768|2) - Could be nice to stack these in the same column cause the vocal sample is the same pitch

01:14:418 - I think in this measure, it'd be nice to leave out the 1/1 notes and instead just focus on the kicks in the upbeat. It'd also help to bridge the gap to Normal as normal only uses single notes on each upbeat, so there's a 1/1 space between each note. https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8648276

01:23:118 (83118|1,83118|0,83268|3,83268|2,83718|1,83718|2,83868|0,83868|3) - I think it'd do for some nice variation here if you stacked the snares with each other because the way it is now doesnt give any special emphasis to any part of the music since the pattern's the same all around.

01:47:868 (107868|1,108018|0,108018|2,108168|3,108318|2,108318|0,108468|1) - t r i g g e r e d. For real though, that lack of notes in col 2 is :c

02:45:318 (165318|2,165618|2,165918|2,166218|2) - #bandis
02:54:168 (174168|1,174318|2,174318|0,174468|3,174618|0,174618|2,174768|1) - #bandistoo
03:02:268 (182268|2,182418|3,182418|1,182568|0,182718|1,182718|3,182868|2) - ^
03:16:068 (196068|2,196218|3,196218|1,196368|0,196518|3,196518|1,196668|2) - Christ, this is the new diamond pattern isnt it

Just a comment, but for the 1/2 jump trills that are commonly found in this diff, I think you could try using some other kind of jumps aside from a chord and its complement. Feels a bit dull to play the jumptrill when you could stack a couple of the notes imo, like this https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8648473

[Normal]
00:02:418 (2418|3,2718|2,3018|1) - Might be a cool idea to stack all the kicks and stuff into one column and the snares into another (doesn't solely have to be one column, could just be for that measure). So something like this https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8648488

00:28:818 - Intentionally made the 1/1 kicks follow the exact same 1-2-3-4 pattern? Not like there's anything wrong with it but it's kind of bland in my opinion.

00:28:818 - I'd add a jump here just cause the crash is super loud  and also you have jumps for all the crashes starting in the kiai, so consistency I guess?

00:51:618 (51618|1) - Remove note? In the other instances where there was a measure long LN, it was only a single note. See 00:36:018 (36018|3) - 00:42:618 (42618|0) - 00:44:418 (44418|3) - and so on

01:32:418 (92418|1,92718|1) - Dunno why these are stacked tbh. Not like you've done it anywhere else in this transitional section aside from the 3/2 stacks like 01:31:518 (91518|1,91968|1) - or 01:33:918 (93918|1,94368|1) -

02:42:318 (162318|2) - Bit of a variation here would be to use a 1/1 LN for the 1/4 snare roll

02:46:218 (166218|3) - Move this to col 3 to stack with 02:45:618 (165618|2,165918|2) - for the kicks? You could also do something similar for the snares at 02:43:518 (163518|1,163968|1) -

03:10:818 - to 03:15:168 - tfw col 2 rejection

[Easy]
In VC, I told you the spread in the beginning needs to die :^)

00:47:118 (47118|1) - I'd overlap this with 00:47:418 (47418|2) - since the sounds kind of build off each other rather than have a clear separation of sound

00:51:918 (51918|2,52218|1) - I'd break off the connected patterns here and instead separate the notes a bit to emphasize the vocal here, like so https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8648831

01:14:568 - I'd add a note here so that the switch from 1/1 downbeats to the 1/2 upbeat is much easier for the player to grasp, instead of trying to read a 3/2 rhythm.

01:18:018 - to 01:20:718 - col 2 fam pls

01:37:668 - I'd also add a note here just cause the crash + kick is way too emphasized to just straight up ignore.
01:38:418 - ^
01:39:318 - ^

01:39:618 (99618|0) - I'd shorten this to end at 01:41:418 - , and then add a 1/1 LN on 01:41:718 - in col 1 to represent the change in the buzz or whatever it's called
02:03:318 - Do a similar thing here if you accepted the above by adding a 1/1 LN in col 4

02:01:218 - Similar stuff I mentioned to not ignoring the obvious crashes and kicks aaaa

02:07:818 (127818|2) - I'd ignore this LN in favor of the snare here since I think it's something players would be more inclined to focus on percussion instead of the weird synth thing going on

03:06:018 - Why not do here what you did at 02:15:618 - with the LNs on the 2nd and 4th downbeats?

03:14:868 - add kick or riot
04:05:568 - 04:05:868 - ^

03:20:418 - where mah crash at

said I'd finish tonight but it's 3:40 am and procrastination got to me, so I'll finish the rest of it tomorrow morning by editing my post ninja me and Ill cry
