00:14:386 (2,3,4,5) - Not intuitive to read. It is quite easy for people to read 5 somewhere close to 3, or it's just simply related with too many objects with not so much musically-related. Personally I'd suggest using 5 as a new combo (rather than 00:15:243 - )to stand out from previous pattern.

00:20:558 (5) - And if you fixed previous one, try to set here to be consistent.

00:41:986 (3) - You can use a more uniformed style slider to avoid style change on sliders.

00:48:500 - This jumping section is too intense and sudden. And the usage of NC is also a bit confusing, especially making the triplet's end another NC. Generally you can reduce the jump distance a bit if you want.

01:26:558 (2) - Rhythmetically it's not so clear for the jump section to show up here, especially considering the distance you were using before this. To avoid confusion you can make the jump section overall closer. Things like this can serve your need:

This difficulty contains some really weird and unnecessarily confusing patterns. If you've seen my Kuroko diff on Can Do, the patterns resemble what I did there, but this difficulty doesn't seem to be made for a reading challenge, since most of the patterns are very easy to read. It causes these certain patterns I point out to become really confusing.
