Setting a preview point for beatmap

I wondering where I need to go to set a preview point for my beatmap, for the life of me I can't find it lol! I'm using a Mac computer, screenshots would be VERY helpful. :o Thank you!

For some reason I do not have that extra grey tab at the top of my screen. :?

press Alt+F and use arrowkeys to navigate
mac is lame

Hello! VERY late reply but I discovered the issue.
The upper tab is fully black, but when I hover over it and simply click it works!!
