I think AR can be a little higher for example AR9.5

00:15:006 - to 00:29:406 - I think this part is more intence than 00:00:606 - to 00:15:006 - this part so I think make some change in volume is avaliable. For example 00:00:606 - to 00:15:006 - this part you can use 50% or 60% volume not 70%, I think it must be lighter than 00:15:006 - to 00:29:406 - this part, this part have more exciting beats and more streams, 00:00:606 - to 00:15:006 - this part have more elements of warm-up I think.

00:48:006 (2) - I think this circle can be a slider to instead and use NC, because instruments music still exist at 00:48:456 - so I think a long slider maybe more suitable？ Like this, maybe not beautiful but it's my thought

01:12:156 (10) - 01:36:156 (10) - 03:56:556 (10) - Maybe a little slower will be better？ First half and last half these 2 arcs not very rigorous, I think they should be the same except direction

01:50:256 (6) - weird there's no nc on this, when there's indeed one on 01:45:006 - . quite counter-intuitive when i played it
03:35:406 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - btw i'm not sure if these should be 1/6, especially 03:35:906 (6) - it's clearly audible on 03:35:856 -
as for the third red line, i'd go with -6/-8 offset (130,200). isn't a big deal, though, but it sounds more accurate imo
and for the one on 04:30:606 - i think that +10/+12 offset would sound better, as well

about 1/3 - they are in their spots, guitar played in 1/3, don't get tricked with a little distortion if you use slow-down. Anyways will see if there will be more feedback about timing.
