Hitsounds in Normal and Hard are too loud. Please... please fix them! xD
What about changing combo colours?

Countdown is not necessary.
Uncheck "Letterbox during breaks".
I recommend AR 5 and OD 4 for better spread. It's also a bit more comfortable like this for a normal diff.

The current size of the BG is 1024x576. It should be 1024x768~1366x768.
You aren't using any Custom Combo Colour. Here are some suggestions:

You should use an empty soft-sliderslide.wav for the beginning of the song. It sounds really noisy in my opinion, and using a empty soft-sliderslide would make the section a bit less noisy.

Normal

Disable Countdown for consistency with Insane.

00:14:413 (1) - Reduce a bit the volume here. This finish is really noisy and this part is really calm. If you really want it there, reducing the volume to something near 30% would be nice. You should do the same on Hard.

00:45:472 (3) - You should add a NC here to keep the current NC pattern consistent.

00:49:707 (4) - Remove NC here for the same reason as above.

01:44:590 - This beat is strong and it's the start to a new section, you shouldn't ignore it. Even though you didn't add 1/2 circles, you should do something like this. Wouldn't be a bad idea.

Hard

Disable Countdown for consistency with Insane.

01:30:648 (5) - You should add a NC here for consistency.

01:32:060 (1,2,3,4,5) - In my opinion, you should remove this stream. Since you were adding a lot of 1/2s compared to Normal, adding 1/4 notes would make the spread even more bigger. What about a 1/4 repeat slider instead?

00:31:354 (1) - Unsnapped slider end. Consider fixing it.

01:20:766 (2) - Since the beat here is stronger than the rest and you were always adding a jump on them, I'd recommend you to do the same here. Stacking it with 01:21:295 (5) - would be a good idea.

01:20:943 (3,4,) - Instead of 1/2 stacked circles, don't you think a triplet would be better? Would make the sound on this part more "complete" in my opinion. Same applies 01:54:825 (2,3) - here.

- 00:23:766 - tu loupes une note dans la musique ici, et le placement des 00:22:884 (3,4) - dans la timeline cassent le flow en 2/1 que tu avais installé jusque là. Un passage en 1/1 avant de passer en 1/2 serait peut-être plus confortable pour le joueur.
- 01:32:060 (1) - Essaye de trouver un autre hitsound que le clap ici, ça rend ton hitsounding des claps inconsistant vu qu'il y en a un juste avant.
Bon flow, bons patterns (excepté quelques patterns symétriques trop facilement remarquables (01:19:354 (1,2) - 01:06:648 (3) - , c'est plutôt dommage car ça tue l'originalité de la map), y'a juste le hitsounding à corriger imo.

Rien d'autre à remarquer sur cette diff, excepté le début (00:14:413 - 00:37:001 -) où j'ai l'impression que tous tes patterns sont assez inconsistants, tes patterns ne sont jamais similaires au niveau de la timeline alors que le rythme de la musique l'est durant tout le début de la musique.

The first part is really streamy (00:24:825 (3,4,5,6) - 00:28:178 (7,8,9,10) - , a bit too much for a "calm part" in the song, I suggest you to replace the two streams I pointed out with sliders and reverses, to warn the player of an incoming hard part with much streams
btw, your slider end here 00:31:354 (1) - is unsnapped.

The stream parts in the beginning are put their intentional. Actually, the 1/4 notes there are more noticeable than the ones in the KIAI time for example, because they use a completely different instrument. On another DnB guest diff I ranked I also used quite a bit of 1/4 in the intro and I'd like to keep that style. However, I can completely understand - since starting a beatmap with a lot of streams is in most cases not the smartest idea. In my point of view, this point doesn't apply to DnB songs sadly.

Anyways, I did fix the unsnapped slider that was there.

The slowdown is there intentional. I really wanted to make the last note (the cymbal) offbeat, because it's really silent. If I put a 1/2 slider before this, I won't be able to get that effect, but I understand you
