[resolved] How do you get an anime profile picture?

So, almost everyone that I have seen has an anime profile picture. My question is, how do you get those?? Is it an anime pack or something?
Please answer my question! Have a nice day!

PS: If this isn't the right topic, I'm sorry. I couldn't find anything else to put it under.

You can upload your own avatar.

ucp.php?i=profile&mode=avatar

You can do this by simply clicking the Mini avatar at the top of your page by your name or if you don't have one yet, click Settings -> Change Profile Picture.

Keep in mind it should be 128x128 maximum, and either a .png or .jpg, and obviously must be suitable for all ages.

Also "Help" would have been the best place to ask this question.

This is actually not the case (contrary to what the page says). As long as it's under 88kb it should work, even if it's say 250x250.

Anyhow, See the Art Forum and visit an avatar queue if you don't know how to make one yourself.
