The current video is unrankable, because it includes the audio track. Additionally, it's kind of poor quality and I don't feel like downloading the episode to reencode it properly. I'm also not sure of including the video in the beatmap because of copyright issues (lol then again the mp3 and any other song here), but that's up to you.

The mp3 is straight from the soundtrack, and converted to 192 to be ranked. So, Bad quality?

I redownloaded the beatmap before I took the time to find the proper mp3 (which is actually from the soundtrack). Did you even listen to the difference? Take a really good listen, because there's actually character background noises which suggest it comes from the episode instead of an officially released soundtrack.

They are all downladable. All illegaly, without actually purchasing the song. What I'm trying to say, is that 99% of the stuff on here Infringes copyright on some ground. Peppy only made it even more illegal by asking people to "buy" osu! (extra options and such). This whole game is one copyright mess, so this line isn't actually needed.

Well, that statement is kinda messy. Copyrighted video (especially from a TV show or movie) also includes Anime, which is also shown on TV, and is still copyrighted. And just to be clear: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright

As you may have learned in school, don't cite wikipedia!

Remember that each country has their own copyright laws. Not saying that Japan has none, but it would do well for you if you did some proper research. Also consider the country where osu!'s servers hosting the beatmaps are located (I don't know this, but frankly I don't care now).

It's still illegal to rip it, even though you paid for usage of a legit service (Netflix).

I'm not going into debate about copyright. It's all up to the submitter (Sniqht). I merely pointed out that including the video is a copyright issue that can be taken more seriously (because it's from USA's FX Networks) than any other copyrighted work from Japan.

Besides, the video is not included in the mapset now, so there should not be any discussion here.

Notable fact: American TV networks are known to throw out a lot of DMCAs. I'm living in the neighbouring country so what do I know about Japan's copyright/DMCA laws?
