I can't find any fatal errors in this map, this mod is just suggestions.
Here's the mod:

[General]
Start the Kiai Time at 58,807 ms (as used in ignore's Taiko) or 58,722 ms... It's weird to have an unsnapped Kiai Time

[Easy]
Fine.

[Normal]
00:08:720 (2,3,4,5) - One grid left all? (so 00:09:920 (5) is placed vertically below 00:07:520 (2))
00:33:863 (5) - Perhaps shorten by 1/1 and add a repeat?
00:44:650 (5) - ^
01:02:514 (4) - One grid left (the spacing should be correct, I don't know why distance snap says 01:02:514 (4) and 01:02:852 (1) should be tear apart)

[Hard]
00:12:958 (1,2,3) - I prefer a triangle pattern... Looks quite ugly with repeating sliders
00:34:369 (4) - Put the endpoint one grid down?

[Insane]
Add "ignorethis" to the tags on this diff.

I can't mod taiko :P

I suggest you to add +1 OD.

[Normal]

Same as Easy, I suggest you to add +1 OD.

00:12:958 (1) - A note after spinner is too evil for a Normal difficulty.

[Hard]

00:09:120 (5) - Sorry for being nazi, but this should go 1 square to the right.

[Insane]

I suggest you here to add +1 OD and +1 HP Drain, more fun.

Timing looks fine to me. I can SS all the difficulties.

Pending artist change. Must be FLOW instead of Flow. Pop in the meanwhile...

Also discussed some Taiko stuff on IRC (silenced notes, taiko rolls, short spinner).
