What is it called if a skin does not have a hitcircle just the number acts like one and there is not an end circle to the slider.

I think it's better without numbers and circle at the slider end are just annoying. :)

Circle with dot is good :D

that's for you. i've never tried it using dots as my default btw o.o

This thread is 4 years old... I highly doubt there is any sort of general name in place for whatever type of skin you are trying to describe.
