正直、1/2と1/1のノーツの塊で「○ ○ ○○○ ○ ○~~」と「○ ○ ○ ○○○ ○ ○~~」が混ざってたのが謎でした。

・00:07:770&00:15:770 delete
00:16:020のパートの最初のノーツが逆手というのは、スピードを考えた上で難しいものがあると思います。

・00:16:020~00:23:020
KantanとMuzukashiiを見てこのパートを見たとき、ノーツが濃いと思います。
00:20:020 (11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18) - を全て1/1の連打にして1/2を一つに減らすみたいに1/1メインにしたほうが良いと思います。

・00:24:520 k & 00:26:520 d
00:24:770のノーツの声?と音程が全く同じなので難易度的にもこちらの方がよいかと。(後ろも同じくです。)

・00:33:020 (31,32,33,34) - ?
なぜ、ここだけd dddでしょうか?私的には前後と同じような配置で良いと思います。

・01:01:520 d
01:00:020 (15,16,18) - のバスの取り方の流れですとdでよいかと思います。
01:00:020 (15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31) - の8小節を見たとき完全に前後が反転してないのも気になるので

こういう配置にしたらどうでしょうか?

kiaiの配置自体は私は大丈夫だと思うのですが、密度的に前のkiaiで無いところと比べると1/2の数が少ないような気がします。
kiaiは私は譜面の中で一番難しいパートであるべきだと思うので、ノーツラインの長さだけではなく1/2も増やしたほうがよいと思います。

・last kiaiについて
00:24:020~のパートと似たようなリズムなのでそちらのModで参考になるところがあれば流用してもらえるとありがたいです。

ここの配色が先頭のみ違っているのはどういう意図によるものでしょう。同じでも良いと思います。

00:20:020 (11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18) - を全て1/1の連打にして1/2を一つに減らすみたいに1/1メインにしたほうが良いと思います。細かい範囲で見れば若干M寄りですがパート単位で見れば濃いと言うほどではありませんし、休憩も確保してある+単色なので難易度面から見ても問題ありません。

・00:24:520 k & 00:26:520 d
00:24:770のノーツの声?と音程が全く同じなので難易度的にもこちらの方がよいかと。(後ろも同じくです。) 難易度的には問題ありませんし特に単色にする必要性も感じませんでした。個人差程度だと思うので保留

なぜ、ここだけd dddでしょうか?私的には前後と同じような配置で良いと思います。初期特有のミス

if you plan to make break section it's better to delete. OR, also add note at 00:54:020 (have same sound)- also at 00:55:020 to make density gradually increase (better preparation for next section)

02:07:020 ~ 02:08:020 - make this short part non-kiai? i think it fits well like at 01:27:020 -

don't forget to untick widescreen support in some diff

it works to avoid double long break and make natural change of notes density. also, This sound is not as strong as prev finish, but it's stronger than other sounds in this part. I'd like to keep it

01:30:082 - you might be overdone here. how about delete the note (01:14:082 - for comparison), and the synthetic vocal seems paused a bit here not overdone, see other kiai patterns
01:30:145 (2,1,1,2,1,2,1,1,2,3,1) - change to kkddkdkdkkd - since at 01:30:457 (2,1,1,2) - the sound is like down-up-down-up
I think current color also still fits to the sound as well.

01:42:957 - deleting this can make the voice more clear (hear no sound here) I'd keep it to avoid being low density suddenly.

02:15:020 (115,116,117,118,119,120,121,122,123,124,125,126,127) - this is too long and hard for regular oni player. i'd recommend to delete 02:15:207 - and 02:15:457 - I don't think the pattern is hard for oni players, because it's very simple color and it has enough break time before stream. Also climax can be little harder than other parts, right?
01:25:645 - add k to make a difference with muzu? It should be fine, since pretty short section.

02:07:270 - change to d? see 00:31:270 - fixed, and changed the color of prev triplet to ddk.

[Futsuu]
00:22:395 - can be deleted for better spread with muzu You are right, fixed.

00:22:770 - i think it's fine to add k here no change, i feel xxxxy pattern is too hard for the calm part.

just noticed, is the inner oni missing last kat at 02:16:020 - on purpose? also muzukashii is the only diff that ends with finisher there.

Inner Oni is intentional, because I guess most of players are tired by last stream, and i want them to finish playing comfortably.
But Muzukashii is... not. I didn't notice it, so removed finisher.
