Umm... isn't the engish title "The Irregular at Magic High School", I think "The Poor Performing Student of a Magic High School" is direct translation from the title

00:58:632 (4) - I suggest it is stacked with 00:58:317 (2) -
00:22:948 (1) - maybe, this is intentional, but I think it's better not to make NC here

01:00:527 (2) - ctrl + G, it maybe will break the flow, but I think it is fun to play it this way
01:03:054 (5) - ctrl + G, because the flow feels better, IMO

Also keep in mind that many of those stacks aren't really noticeable in play, especially if the previous note was much earlier
