Different effect colors by passing someone @ highscores

How about having different colors when passing someone in the highscores. Like red (background for yourself) when you pass yourself, etc.

Hmm, it'd be pretty cool if your colour gradually changed as your score increased.

Not sure what your request is exactly about, though. Mockups please?

Oh, I see. So instead of the blue (or white) flash that it always uses now, flash the colour of the player you have just passed.

Sounds cool.

This would be pretty wicked.

Then an effect similar to Kiai could take over, except more flashy - when you're approaching the top 10 of a particular song, and even at the end of it, you could play some fireworks or something.

Again, it's the little things that count!

Oh god, please no!

Also, adding a million different colors for different things to the in-play scoreboard on the left side just makes things complicated. KISS is a good policy here, keep it simple and don't overwhealm people with too much information that they don't need.

Why more colors?

I see everything related with "colors" fine as it is. More colors will just... uh no. No more colors.
