Tablet players can basically feel the exact location of their cursor, though I guess that one depends on how much you're used to playing with a tablet.
I know it wouldn't affect me the slightest bit, since I always read maps 2-3 notes ahead of my cursor, and rarely ever actually look at where my cursor is, instead of where it's going to be. Every now and then I do play with a completely transparent cursor, so yeah. I kinda only have a cursor so I can make sure that my hand is positioned correctly from the beginning.
