Problem details: So my C: drive crashed about a month ago now, it was fine didnt have much on it. bought a new SSD and everything was fine. i installed my second harddrive again which has osu on it and ever since then the bar next to MS has been maxed out ( full red )
I thought that bar indicated dropped frames, but i always have max FPS so i'm not quite sure whats going on here. It feels like the game is more laggy sometimes but maybe thats just in my head because i see the red bar lol.
