[invalid] Store Checkout Issue

So I added an Osu!Supporter Tag to my cart and proceeded to check out.I used PayPal as a payment method.But as soon as I thought I was finish with the checkout, it said my payment was rejected because there were previous orders that weren't complete.But I had only one order in my cart.Could this be a problem with PayPal not really accepting my payments or just the website?

You posted this on GitHub already here and you received a reply. I suggest you do what was said in that reply.
