Problem details:
When I attempt to use my tablet pen, this happens. In game or out of game. i have a 680S huion tablet. This problem has never happened before. I tried updating drivers, cancelling my mouse driver and i updated my graphics driver a few days ago. also i unchecked the SupportTablet PC box.

I would contact Huion support mostly because it looks like its a tablet problem that is caused when your not even playing osu! You have a better chance of fixing your problem if you call huion than coming here. But you might need to get a new pen or tablet.
